WE WILL TAILOR A PROGRAM TO ALLOW YOU TO GET THE BEST CHOICE OF ITEMS AND THE MOST FLEXIBLE PAYMENT PLAN.  FOR  A SMALL DOWN PAYMENT YOU  CAN HOLD THE ITEM YOU WANT NOW AND PAY FOR IT LATER.  ALL ITEMS WILL BE SHIPPED WHEN THEY ARE PAID IN FULL. When you purchase from SS JEWELS  we want everyone to be 100% satisfied. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you can return it for a  refund within 7 days (credit card charges will be subject to the fees charged to us for a return*)  less shipping charges.   This includes all items that are purchased from any of our web sites  but does not include special orders. All Returns must have an RMA number.  You must contact customer service before shipping anything back, packages without an RMA will be refused. We are not responsible for shipping charges on returned merchandise, customer is responsible to mail item back to us insured for its full value. 

All items that have had custom work done to them  (ring sizings, chain shortening, engraving, etc.) will not be refundable.   Stock rings are returnable if they were sized but there will be a $20.00 sizing charge deducted from the purchase price even if there was no charge for sizing at the time of purchase. 

*Our credit card processor charges us a return fee plus we pay 3% of the sale and 3% of the chargeback. All credit card returns will be subject to the  chargeback fee (we pay the first 3% charge). These fees are not in our control and we are only passing along part of the amount we are charged. to avoid these charges we can issue you a check but you need your  RMA number for this.

SPECIAL ORDERS

SPECIAL ORDERS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.  All purchases that are not from our stock and have the work started on them are not covered by our return policy listed above.  All special orders need a deposit to be started and if you cancel your order before delivery,  your deposit will not be refunded.

• LOOSE DIAMOND POLICY.
• All of our loose diamonds  come with a 10 money back guarantee. You have this amount of time to have the diamond inspected or appraised,  we want you to be satisfied with.  If you pay by credit card, we will take your card number and get an authorization but  we do NOT submit the charge for payment until you approve your purchase. Upon approval, you can either send us a check or money order or continue to use your credit card.  THERE ARE NO CREDIT CARD RETURN FEES FOR THIS SERVICE. IF YOU DO NOT MAKE A PURCHASE, YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED ANYTHING AND ARE ONLY RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING THE DIAMOND BACK TO US.
• DIAMOND WARRANTIES
  We do not warranty diamonds against breakage or loss  after the sale.  This is a function of insurance. There are plenty of ways to get your diamond insured at low costs.  Jewelers Mutual offers a great policy or you can add it to your homeowners. For just a few dollars a month you can have full insurance.  We do not include this with any purchase because we try to offer the lowest price on every diamond we sell.  The reason the mall charges 3x more than us is so they can give you these extras. It will cost you much less by buying a diamond from us and insuring it yourself.  ,,
• Shipping Policy
  We are offering FREE shipping on all purchases made from this website.* (standard mail)
• If you would like overnight shipping, you may pay extra to have it shipped UPS  or Express mail.   [Shipping method will be determined by us as  in the best way to ship.   All jewelry purchased from any of our websites or auctions will be shipped insured by  US Mail unless otherwise agreed upon. We ship  promptly after receipt of payment. The charge for express mail is $10.00  and for UPS next day it is $18.00
  All diamonds purchased from our websites will be shipped via UPS next day air upon payment or credit card approval. We offer FREE shipping on all diamonds over $1000.00 and it is $15.00 for all diamonds under $1000.
